Ag to Asphalt presented by Fresh From Florida is back as Ross Chastain catches us up on a wild few weeks on and off the track.
Ross starts at Daytona International Speedway, where the No. 1 Trackhouse Racing team captured the pole with NASCAR's new superspeedway rules package. Then it's on to Darlington Raceway, where Ross doesn't sugarcoat a difficult weekend for the team, before breaking down a much different day at World Wide Technology Raceway. Ross takes us inside his late-race strategy, somehow keeps the car out of the wall during a spin, and battles his way to a fifth-place finish, his first NASCAR Cup Series top five in 203 days.

Away from the track, Ross and Ben recap their trip to Buffalo, checking out the Bills' new stadium and Ross taking on Dion Dawkins' viral challenge of catching an oiled-up watermelon.

Then, in this week's Georgia Boot segment, Ross sits down with Mike Roberts, front tire changer on the No. 1 car. Mike shares his journey from chasing a baseball career in North Carolina to breaking into NASCAR, learning the art of changing five-lug tires, winning races with Ross, helping his hometown after Hurricane Helene, and what life looks like away from pit road with his family, horses, and farm.

Finally, Ross looks ahead to Bristol Motor Speedway and another action-packed NASCAR weekend.

Miami Dolphins defensive tackle and team captain Zach Sieler returns to the Like A Farmer Podcast for a conversation that perfectly blends football, farming, fatherhood, hunting and the great outdoors. A lot has changed since Zach's first appearance. He's now a father of two, has signed a major extension with the Miami Dolphins, learned how to fly (and bought his own plane), and is building something special away from football on his family's 250-acre property in Missouri.
Zach opens up about why becoming a father changed the way he approaches the NFL and what it means knowing his son and daughter will one day watch how their dad carried himself on the field. He also explains why he wants to be a Miami Dolphin for life, how he's approaching a new era of Dolphins football as a team captain, and why the little details can decide games in today's NFL. Zach details his family's plans to begin raising cattle in Missouri and use their property to give kids hands-on experiences with agriculture, conservation and the outdoors. He shares the philosophy behind the mission "not all classrooms have walls" and why exposing the next generation to farming, fishing, hunting and nature means so much to him.
