My Bigfoot Sighting

On January 4th, of 2003, tonight’s guest left work at about a quarter to 7 PM. He was working in Tampa, Florida at the time. About 15 minutes after he had left work, he was driving down U.S. 301, heading for home. At the time, he was fiddling with the stereo in his truck, trying to find a good station, when all of a sudden he looked to his left because he saw movement from something white. Thinking it was another car or a deer, he slammed on his brakes. When his eyes fell upon the white object, he couldn’t believe what he was seeing…

Tonight’s guest, Stan, had his first Bigfoot sighting a year ago, almost to the day. You see, on March 1st, 2025, one of Stan’s friends, Ed, who is a member of the B.F.R.O, called Stan and asked him if he’d like to go out looking for Bigfoot. Stan said, “sure,” so his friend took him out to a reservoir close to Stan’s home, in Oregon, that has Bureau of Land Management land around it. After they made it to the reservoir, they drove the mountain roads in that area. The two men were drinking iced tea as they drove up and down the roads, so eventually, Stan wound up needing to relieve himself, so he asked his friend to pull over. The decision to get out for that nature call was the genesis of what became an obsession for Stan when it comes to investigating Sasquatch. Here we are, one year later, and he's had 5 sightings and numerous other experiences with them. We hope you'll tune in and listen to him share some of those experiences.

Tonight’s guest, Mel, has seen Yowies on two occasions. The first time she saw one, she was driving down a road and wound up hitting one with her car. That experience rattled her, but not nearly as much as her second Yowie encounter did. You see, the second time she saw a Yowie, she and her partner found themselves doing all they could to keep it from pushing its way into their house. The Yowie was on the outside of the door, pushing on it to get it to swing open while Mel and her partner were inside their house, pushing on the door with all their might, in an attempt to keep it from opening. Tonight’s guest, Doug Messer, had his first and only Bigfoot sighting in 1980. He had his sighting while he was in his bedroom, but his encounter started in the woods, behind his house, in Greenup County, Kentucky. You see, he had been camping in the woods behind his house with 3 friends of his. After the he and his 3 friends had turned in for the night, it started to rain pretty heavily and the rain washed out their camp. That caused them to decide to pack up their camp and head back to Doug’s house. After they had everything packed up, they had just started walking down an old timber road, to leave, when they noticed heavy footsteps pacing them to their right. When the boys would stop walking, the footsteps would stop too. They tested that several times and every time they’d stop walking the heavy footsteps would stop too. That frightened them, so they all took off running. Whatever it was that the boys were running from kept pace with them. Finally, after the boys made it to Tommy’s house, Tommy thought the experience was over. He was wrong.That was something he was about to find out.
