Leading Leaders: Finding Your Apprentice Leader
Join us on the Following Jesus Together podcast we explore leadership concepts, leadership within a group setting, and personal growth. We discuss the impact of high trust and accountability in leadership roles, using personal stories to illustrate how being invited into leadership, even when feeling unprepared, can lead to growth and confidence. We explore the barriers that often prevent leaders from sharing responsibilities, touching on the contrast between scarcity and abundance mindsets and encouraging leaders to approach delegation with prayer and openness.
