James is the owner of Pirate Camp Co. - an Australian company that designs and builds rugged 4WD, off-road, and camping accessories tailored for touring enthusiasts.

James is a qualified Boilermaker and Fabricator, who was sick of poor quality 4x4 and Camping gear - so he decided to make his own!

Tony and James talk about James' experience growing up in the outdoors exploring Katherine, NT, his discovery of 4WDs through his mate and his GU Patrol ute, his wide and varied experience working across Australia in trade jobs, and ultimately what led him to founding Pirate Camp Co. 3.5 years ago.

The boys also chat about the challenges of starting a small business and scaling to maintain profitability while balancing the passion that kicked it all off in the first place.

Josh Thorburn is the owner of Thorburn's Fabrication, a company that specialises in fabricating high quality Australian made 4WD accessories including trays, canopies, and bar work.

As a 3rd generation boilermaker and fabricator, Josh has had a long history in the 4x4 scene, from building and breaking wild wheeling cars in his younger years, to building tough tourers and weird and wonderful ex-army vehicles.

Josh D is a bloke that loves the bush, and HATES rubbish - so much so, that he has dedicated much of his own time, money, and resources to organising bush clean-ups with like-minded volunteers.

Following a relatively late entry into the 4x4 and camping lifestyle, Josh made up for lost time. He's built a twin-locked Ford Ranger with all the fruit, and headed to some of the most iconic 4WD Touring destinations in Australia including Cape York and the Victorian High Country.

Josh was so frustrated by constantly seeing rubbish in the bush on his wheeling and touring adventures, that he decided to get organised, and do something about it. The Bin Chicken was born.
