Blur bassist and Britpop legend turned winemaker Alex James joins the boys for a chat about his new tour Britpop Classical - and he’s brought some very special treats with him for Alan and Lee to enjoy. Alex shares his very own Blue Monday cheese (perfect with a Frazzle) plus some super strength home brew that nearly knocks Alan and Lee off their chairs.

The boys reminisce about The BRITs, Alex reveals his secret heartburn cure after too much champagne, and a Blind Taste Test sees Whispering Angel take on its supermarket rivals.

This week on Bottoms Up!, Alan’s back from Iceland - and he’s brought a very special whiskey with him… one that’s been malted for 48 hours over sheep dung.

The boys mix up a Whiskey Sour with a serious kick - strong enough to have Alan and Lee talking like Cher, while Lee reminisces about his time as an elf in Lapland and gets unexpectedly emotional over the Northern Lights.

There’s also some big news… Alan’s buying a castle! He can’t wait to move in, but after a recent cleanliness intervention from a friend, he’s slightly concerned about keeping the place in order. Lee starts to wonder if this is all part of a midlife crisis - especially as Alan’s also preparing to jump out of a plane on a skydive.
