So - is Freebirth Safe? Is everyone who freebirths influenced by the dogmatic teachings of the Freebirth Society??? Or is it empowering, the only way to truly 'own' your birth? Or somewhere in the middle of all of this, just something some women choose because they feel it is right for them.
 
There has been a lot of media attention recently around Freebirth - notably the recent Guardian Investigation into the Freebirth Society, and media surrounding the Stacey Wernecke case here in Australia.
