Abigails Recipe: Taco Soup

Ingredients:

- 1/2 an onion sautéed with garlic

- 1 lb ground beef

- packet of taco seasoning

- 1 can diced tomato

- 2 cans black beans

- 1 can of corn

- Chicken broth

- ¾ cup rice

Instructions:

Sauté 1/2 onion with garlic. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning. Combine with remaining ingredients into a pot, let simmer until rice is cooked. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream to taste. Serve with chips and avocado.

- 1 softened bar of cream cheese
- 1 softened tub of cool whip (regular size)
- Vanilla to taste (1 tsp)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust (if you get the larger serving size, 1 1/2 or double the recipe)
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy and smooth. Fold in whip cream. Put in pie crust. Finish with some shaved chocolate on top and refrigerate.

◦ ½ cup rolled oats

◦ ¾ cup almond milk

◦ 1 tbs chia seeds

◦ Honey

◦ Frozen blueberries

◦ Dash of Cinamon

For topping:

Chill overnight or in the fridge for 2 hours.
