The Burros of Berea sit down with author and host of the YouTube Channel, The Unraveler, to hear his story and to discuss his deconversion from Christianity into Atheism. Rick Welch recently began a long form video debate with Alan that can be seen on The Unraveler channel weekly. A Christian of over 40 years, Alan tells of his constant and steady growth in the Christian community where he eventually became the founding pastor of a Full Preterist church in Florida. After years of pastoring, he came to the conclusion that God did not exist. This set him on a mission to write a book, (that Rick simply will not put in these show notes due to the hideous title) to attempt at bringing others out Christianity, deeming it dangerous and a cult.
