Since 2017, Bubba has bridged the gap between traditional sports, events, hospitality, and esports, helping organizations adopt professional sports structures while maintaining esports authenticity. He is also the President and Co-Founder of the Videogames and Esports Foundation (VEF), a STEM-accredited 501(c)(3) non-profit for gaming and esports, which has distributed over $500,000 in grants and scholarships.
