Such bravado is easy to make for observers who have no skin in the game and for whom UFO disclosure is a spectator sport viewed from the comfort and safety of a home laptop. But for actual whistleblowers and UAP witnesses, reality is much different.

Senior Chief Alex Wiggins, who also testified before Congress in 2025 about an encounter between a U.S. Navy warship and four Tic Tac objects, has received threats and intimidation from a UAP agency invoking the Secretary of War.

In this episode of WEAPONIZED, Jeremy and George go on the road to Oregon’s fabled UFO Fest in McMinnville and introduce a mystery guest to a live audience. For the first time, UFO whistleblower Dylan Borland speaks in detail about his life.

Dylan has been through hell since stepping forward to tell what he knows about legacy UFO programs, including his riveting, sworn testimony before Congress in September 2025. What’s it been like for him and other whistleblowers who have revealed what they know? In a nutshell, it’s been miserable. As Borland revealed, he and his wife have struggled financially, had their phones tapped and computers hacked, been under surveillance, and remain under constant threat of possible prosecution… for treason, which carries a possible death sentence.

Borland’s already-tenuous situation became worse after he agreed to give testimony to a new team created inside the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, ODNI. That office quietly launched its own UAP investigation last year and sought out whistleblowers, but the investigation was not only skewed from the beginning, it was also under an investigation of its own, as another intelligence agency targeted the witnesses who stepped forward.

It took a mere 24 hours for a whopping 500 million people to find and dive into a new online repository of UFO files and videos. That number will likely double in a matter of days. The public response is even more amazing in light of a substantial pre-bunking campaign launched by the usual suspects on social media, along with legions of UAP newcomers who loudly proclaimed their profound outrage and disappointment before a single document or video was actually released. (Moaning, groaning, and digital caterwauling by UFO folk are essential and inevitable reactions to any and all new developments related to the topic.)

The documents and videos released onto the DOW website do not constitute anything approaching full disclosure or total transparency. Anyone who expected to see crashed saucers or alien bodies on Day One of the UFO initiative must be either naive newcomers or devoted disruptors.
The public was told in advance by Rep. Tim Burchett to lower expectations for the first release. His advice was prescient. He expects greater transparency in future releases.

In an amazing but greatly appreciated coincidence, the voluminous info drop from the federal UFO files came on the same day that a new documentary film was first unveiled to the public. The National Space Symposium annually attracts top experts in space science, including elite defense contractors, military and intelligence officials, cutting-edge technologists, and leading scientists. A pair of brilliant intelligence analysts working for the DIA circa 2006-2007 came up with an idea to design the largest, most audacious, and most secretive UFO program ever funded by the US government. It was dubbed AAWSAP, and the public never knew it existed until 7 years after it ended. In its 27-month existence, it created the world's largest UFO data warehouse, a stack of more than 100 thick, highly detailed reports filled with hard data about UFO cases and incidents, as well as rigorous, original investigations into connections between UFO incidents and paranormal phenomena. The two instigators of AAWSAP came to believe that paranormal events were not a subset of UFO cases, but rather, the opposite. UFOs were - and are - a small slice under a larger paranormal umbrella, according to nuclear engineer, rocket scientist, and DIA analyst Dr. James Lacatski, who was appointed director of AAWSAP and who continued to rely on his fellow innovator, Jay Stratton, who later became head of the UAP Task Force.

In this sometimes-tense conversation, Dr. Lacatski reveals that, as far as he knows, no one in government knows the full story about UFOs or where they originate, or what intelligence is behind them. Lacatski has just released "Future Visions," his fourth book culled from the unreleased files of AAWSAP. He doubts that the actual files will ever be released, and that his books constitute the closest thing to full disclosure the public might ever get. Lacatski says there is no way another AAWSAP will ever be approved, but hints that a smaller, more focused effort related to the proposed Kona Blue program did carry on after AAWSAP ended. Like the previous books, Future Visions is jammed with startling incidents, hard data from UAP encounters, and inexplicable, bone-chilling encounters with bizarre phenomena at Skinwalker Ranch and other similar locations. "The government doesn't know much more [than the general public]," Dr. Lacatski declares. "There are people that think they know more, but they don't. That this is wide open."
