  Are all UFO/UAP encounters the result of deception and disinformation created by the U.S. government? This UAP of unknown origin displayed abrupt movement and intelligent control, with the absence of thermal propulsion signatures. Atmospheric disruption was noted in case documentation - as was the absence of traditional thermal propulsion signatures during performance.
