In the late 90's he imported a Nissan Silvia S13. This sparked the creation of nissansilvia .com, for those of us old enough to remember it became a titan of the scene.

The rise of social media giants in the late 00's became the death knell of the glorious days of forums. A hoodie was made and sold out to help cover the costs of servers.

What came next is about as wild a story as you could imagine.

Delighted to welcome Dylan Cothill to the All Red Everything Podcast.

Hailing from South Africa, Dylan experienced the complexities of his home country first hand. Being stabbed in the rib cage for a camera was reason enough to look abroad.

The journey to Australia was a long one, with the UK being his first experience building a life in a new country. An S13 and a set of turntables... Quite the stories in this chapter.

Making his way to the land down under didn't happen until later and was far from a simple journey.

His company Skid Control came together like any great side quest, getting some friends together.

Now with a fleet of cars, constant events and a growing automotive community, Dylan has built something very special.

What a time to be alive. Chris and his family are building something special. Something for all parts of automotive culture with cars, bikes and can you believe he got Nick Skitz last year?!?!? That guy never stopped and is up to Mix 60 or something insane.
