Charlie Adelson will be back in a Florida courtroom on February 3rd, 2026 — but this time, it's not a trial. It's an appeal. His attorneys have filed a 91-page brief with Florida's First District Court of Appeal arguing that his conviction for the murder of Dan Markel should be reversed.
