It’s been a big week Soulies - full of career highs, and a really big grief portal. For the first time I share (with permission) my best friend Leah’s story about her baby girl Harper, and how we honoured her this weekend a year after her tragic passing.

This is an episode about love and grief, HOW to even grieve, and how to show up as community when someone we love is in the throes of it.

Look, let's be real - there's a lot happening out there this week. Fire Horse, Aquarius Eclipse, Saturn in Aries... it's giving chaos. And chaos this week feels like it's energy with nowhere to go.

This is the week we take stock of our final shedding of the Year of the Snake...especially when it comes to the people we surround ourselves with. The communities. The environments. Some of you may even be on the precipice of a big physical move.

Trust in that, and lean on the wisdom of the Virgo South Node which is two-fold right now: be discerning with where you spend your energy and time, and move stress through as best you can.

Your adrenals are seeking extra love this week, and even though life is way busier than it was in January, it's still time to find pockets of rest where you can.

Apologies for the delay in this week's ep guys, but what the actual eff is happening out there? Are you okay? Because I've been an absolute mess. It feels like a picture of collective, cosmic intensity, and the final week of the year of the snake squeezing out anything that really wants to be looked at once and for all.

I'm seeing lots of inflammation, sore bodies, emotions on overdrive...and it's intense.

This week's ep is a combined What's The Vibe collective vibe check meshed up with my clusterfuck of a week last week - there's heaps of tears, a couple of snotty snorts (soz about that) and I'm sure a lesson or two in there somewhere.

And by exhaust fan, I mean that distracting overstimulating background "life noise" that just isn't doing anyone any favours.

It's the perfect week to delete Tik Tok, take a social media breather, or just come back to the rhythms of simplicity that help an overstimulated mind. Think tending to your body, your families, and your homes.
