702: The Hidden Habits Fueling Inflammation (And The Simple Fixes That Actually Work) | Dr. Will Bulsiewicz

    03/07/2026 | 1h 7 mins.
You can eat clean, move your body, and still feel exhausted, inflamed, and stuck in your own skin. That's not a willpower problem. It's usually a habits problem, and most of us have never been taught which habits actually matter.

This week I'm back with Dr. Will Bulsiewicz, gastroenterologist, gut health expert, and New York Times bestselling author, to talk about his new book Plant Power Plus. We get into the everyday habits quietly driving inflammation, why so many "healthy" routines backfire, and how to build a body and a life that support you instead of draining you. This episode isn't about another health plan you'll abandon in three weeks. It's about becoming someone for whom health is just who you are.

701: What Postpartum Depletion Taught Me About Being an Ambitious Woman

    31/05/2026 | 28 mins.
Have you ever been so deep in it that you didn't even realise you were in it? That was me with postpartum depletion. I didn't have the language for it. I just knew I was tired in a way sleep wasn't fixing, and I was holding it all together on the outside while quietly running on empty underneath. And here's what I've come to understand. This is not just a postpartum thing. This is an ambitious woman thing. So many of us have been pouring out for years and calling it normal.

In this episode I'm sharing what that season taught me. Five nuggets of wisdom I wish I'd known sooner. We talk about the truth no one tells you about the basics, why the three-hour morning routine is a fantasy in a depleted season, what to actually do when "sleep when the baby sleeps" isn't an option, and why being deeply ambitious and deeply well were never meant to be opposites. This one is for the new mama. It is for the mother whose baby is now ten and still hasn't recovered. And it is for the ambitious woman who isn't a mother at all but knows exactly what it feels like to give everything and have nothing left for herself.

    12/05/2026 | 1h 8 mins.
Have you ever wanted to ask me all the things? In this special community Q&A episode, I invited members of my audience to share the podcast episodes that impacted them most deeply, tell me what they’d love future episodes to be about, and ask the questions they’ve always wanted answered.

We dive into motherhood, conscious relationships, spirituality, purpose, relevance in today’s noisy world, and how Nick and I reconnected after becoming parents. I also share what I’d tell my younger and older self, the books I believe every teenager should read, and the conversations I’m most excited to explore on the show moving forward.

This episode felt like one big heart-to-heart with our beautiful community. Honest, vulnerable, inspiring, and deeply special. If you’ve ever wanted a more intimate peek behind the scenes into my life, heart, and journey, this one is for you.

In this episode, we chat about the podcast episodes that had the biggest impact on listeners, the topics the community wants more of, the hardest lesson from my motherhood journey, conscious relationships, spiritual mentors, future dream guests, and so much more.

    699: I Turned 40 & Stopped Giving a Fk**

    30/04/2026 | 17 mins.
I turned 40 and something shifted. The noise quieted. The opinions of others stopped having so much power over me. And what I found underneath all of that was clarity, freedom, and the most grounded version of myself I have ever known. In this episode I'm sharing the most honest, personal wisdom I've gathered across four decades of living, loving, building, and figuring it all out. The lessons that took years to land. The ones that came through hard moments, big wake-up calls, and a lot of inner work. The ones that finally set me free. If you’re craving clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself, this is for you.

698: Live Longer & Feel Better: The Real Secrets to Longevity | Chris Burres

    17/04/2026 | 1h 5 mins.
What if everything you thought you knew about aging was wrong?

I sat down with scientist and entrepreneur Chris Burres, and this conversation stopped me in my tracks. We got into fasting, sleep, stress, mindset, and some compounds that are genuinely changing what is possible for human health. Not in a hype-driven, wellness-trend way. In a Nobel Prize-winning, peer-reviewed, cellular-level way.

Chris has spent his career studying why we age and what we can actually do about it. And what he shares in this episode is not what you will hear anywhere else. Because this is not about living longer just to live longer. It is about waking up with energy. Thinking clearly. Feeling like yourself again. The kind of vitality that makes every year worth adding.
