About This Episode

Havva is the author of the beautiful poetry book A Voice, and in this conversation, we go deep into grief, loss, healing, signs from the other side, and the power of simply showing up for the people we love.

Havva shares the story of losing her father suddenly and unexpectedly, the seismic trauma it caused, and the remarkable signs and dreams that followed. From a white feather standing upright beside her car door to vivid dreams where her dad appeared younger, full of life, and full of messages — Havva's story will leave you breathless.

She also opens up vulnerably about her own mental health journey, and shares incredibly wise, compassionate advice for moms supporting teenage daughters through depression.
