In fact he didn't just break it, he obliterated it! How do I know that? Well I held it with a time of 8:14:42, until Dan ran a phenomenal 7:21:47! Dan's approach to endurance sports is deeply rooted in both physical and mental resilience. With a Master's in Strength & Conditioning and Counseling, he emphasises holistic coaching that integrates movement, mindfulness, and recovery. Through Meraki Performance, Dan supports athletes of all levels, helping them build sustainable habits and achieve their goals.
