Confidence is a choice, with Nisha Woolgar
In this week's episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Confidence & Success Coach Nisha Woolgar. We speak about confidence as mums, in relationships and life overall. Here is where you can find Nisha, along with her podcast and a bit about her. Nisha spent most of her career in accounts. Attending evening college to become a qualified accounting technician, only to realise that she wasn’t doing it for her! She was doing it for her abusive dad. Which raised the question, what did she want to be? Who did she want to be? Nisha quit her job and has not looked back since. Nisha’s passion is helping people see that their past doesn’t define them and that anyone can be confident. Nisha came from an abusive household where blending into the background was the key to avoiding violence. From her first panic attack in 2006, Nisha has overcome mental health struggles, successfully launched a business amid a global pandemic and discovered who she really is. Nisha is passionate about helping others find the confidence to be who they truly are and wants everyone to know their past doesn’t define them. Nisha wants to help people free themselves from who they think they should be and become the person they want to be. Nisha is mum to 2 very boisterous boys and wife to her “lobster” (friends reference) She loves her friends, holidays F1 and her fluffy pyjamas.
