France and Germany are coming for Bitcoin holders. France has proposed a 31.4% exit tax on unrealised gains and compulsory declaration of self-custody wallets, while Germany could end Bitcoin's tax-free status after a year of holding. Michael, Tony and Katie ask whether it's time for European Bitcoiners to get out.

Then a Ledger reseller in Southeast Asia is caught selling devices with a hidden implant, and Tony doesn't think the recent run of attacks on self-custody is a coincidence. Plus Denmark's population register breach, a cyber attack on French supermarket fridges, the CFTC chairman on self-custody and Australia's digital duty of care bill.
