How a Product Leader Builds Enterprise AI Agents

    03/02/2026 | 39 mins.
I sit down with Anuj Jain, a seasoned product leader who’s been building AI products long before the current hype cycle and is now shaping how enterprise AI agents work in the real world.
Anuj is the Head of Product at Nurix.ai, where he leads the development of advanced conversational and voice AI agents used by enterprises across customer support, sales, and internal operations. His background spans AI platforms, growth systems, and large scale enterprise tools, with early work leading AI product teams at Sprinklr during the first major deep learning wave.
In this conversation, we go beyond demos and buzzwords. Anuj shares how AI is being adopted inside enterprises today, why context engineering matters more than the model itself, and why AI is not a silver bullet but a system that must be trained, trusted, and evolved over time.
He also offers a fascinating look at how India’s tech culture is adapting to AI at scale, and how he personally uses a voice agent during his daily commute to think better, prepare for hard conversations, and challenge his own ideas.
    🔥 Topics We Cover:
What it really takes to ship enterprise AI agents into production
Why context engineering is critical for reliable AI systems
How AI is reshaping the workforce in India and globally
Why AI should be treated like a new hire, not a magic fix
How voice agents can be used for thinking, decision making, and leadership
The future of enterprise AI, agentic workflows, and internal operations

How a 14 Year Old Student is Building with AI at Alpha School

    27/01/2026 | 30 mins.
I sat down with Ali Romman, a 14-year-old freshman at Alpha School in Austin who’s already using AI like a co-founder. He’s vibe coding an MVP in public and building an AI-powered tool that helps people design and buy the right gaming PC, even if they know nothing about computers.
This conversation is a real look at what kids are facing right now: AI in schools, cheating vs learning, what guardrails actually work, and why the new “gap” isn’t access to tools, it’s curiosity, initiative, and how fast you can learn.

    Topics we cover:
AI isn’t “coming”, it’s already in the classroom: what that actually looks like day-to-day
Cheating vs learning: where Ali draws the line and why boundaries matter
College and how AI is changing the value of traditional education
Vibe coding a real MVP: how Ali’s building a PC configurator + chatbot
Building in public at 14: confidence, pressure, and learning at startup speed
Fail fast mindset: getting beta testers and feedback instead of guessing forever

    Tools, Platforms, and References Mentioned:
ChatGPT, Gemini 3 Pro, Claude 4.5 Opus

Parents trying to navigate “should my kid use AI?” (spoiler: they already are)
Educators and school leaders thinking about ethical AI policies and real guardrails
Anyone who needs proof that you don’t need permission, credentials, or a CS degree to build now

Tech-first vs consumer-first thinking and how to design for real humans
Why observation beats assumptions when building for behavior change
“Copilot, not autopilot”: how Bryan uses AI without giving up authorship
Using ChatGPT as a communications teammate for editing, tone, and clarity
The hidden problem of “work slop” and how AI can help interpret messy writing
Why incentivizing AI adoption inside companies actually matters
Skill atrophy: what we lose when we automate too much, and what we should build instead

    Tools, Platforms, and References Mentioned:
    ChatGPT
    OpenAI’s AI Leadership Guide

Open Source, Autonomy, and AI’s Next Wave (Live from Miami AI Summit)

    07/01/2026 | 44 mins.
In this special episode of How I AI, I’m live from Miami during Art Basel week, reporting from the Tech Basel Miami AI Summit in partnership with eMerge Americas.
This episode is a field report from the ground, pulling together the biggest themes shaping AI as we move into 2026, from open source infrastructure and autonomous systems to trust, storytelling, and real-world execution.
I start by sharing my key takeaways from the opening and closing keynote talks. The opening keynote focused on why the future of AI is open source, featuring insights from Clem Delangue of Hugging Face alongside leaders shaping the next generation of AI infrastructure. The closing keynote featured Cathie Wood, Founder, CEO, and CIO of ARK Invest, who mapped the exponential future ahead, including the rapid rise of autonomous vehicles and autonomous systems.
From there, I share two live sit-down interviews recorded at the summit.
First, I sit down with Sherrell Dorsey, host of TED Tech, to talk about narrative as strategy, why trust matters more than raw computing power, and how storytelling remains the most powerful technology we have as AI becomes more ubiquitous.
Then, I’m joined by Bora Celenk, Co-Founder and CEO of 4A Labs, who brings the conversation back to execution. We talk about startup survival, validating ideas faster with AI, why founders must avoid becoming “just a feature,” and how small teams can ship real products in a rapidly changing landscape.
This episode connects the macro future of AI with the human realities of building, adapting, and staying relevant in 2026 and beyond.
    🔥 Topics we cover:
Why open source is infrastructure, not ideology
How power, access, and policy are shaped by who controls AI models
The rise of autonomous vehicles as a signal of broader AI operational shifts
Why narrative and trust outperform raw computing power
What it means to not become “just a feature” in the AI economy
How startups and solopreneurs can validate ideas faster with AI
