Start Your Black Friday Planning Now

    04/08/2026 | 16 mins.
How to Run a Promo With Something You've Already Built

You can bring in meaningful revenue this Black Friday without building anything new. Up to 70% of Black Friday search activity happens before the day arrives, so your buyers start getting ready in October, and the lead time you give yourself now is what makes the promo easy to run later.

You take one offer you've already created and sold, and you give it a reason to sell during the holidays. I walk you through choosing which one, and the two questions that decide your messaging and your pricing before you write a single email.

This can close a revenue gap before December 31. Last year my team sold a planning session at $197 with a $47 add-on, and we shut it off the Wednesday before Black Friday on purpose. Both reasons are in here, along with the one decision I'd take back.

    RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE:

You're a multi-six-figure female founder with a coaching, course, or membership business, so you've already proven the model works. But your revenue stays unpredictable because your offer, your messaging, and your lead gen are each built partway, and no amount of effort makes up the difference. My Live Free Training shows you which one is costing you the most right now. Save your spot.

Leanne Lopez Mosley: The Soft Girl Era Is Keeping Women Broke

    28/07/2026 | 1h
How She Built Million-Dollar Months Without Sales Calls or Live Launches

The soft girl era is keeping women broke. Leanne Lopez Mosley built million-dollar months with no sales calls and no live launches, and to her, soft girl millions means you stop being the most expensive line item in your own business.

If you keep attracting clients who can't afford you, it's because you're talking to them. Lead with how to make more money and you speak to every revenue level at once, including someone brand new, while your best-fit client scrolls right past because you never named her specific problem.

We get into her three internal buying triggers and why she killed her free masterclasses for good. If your gut says do more this year, Leanne makes the case for going deeper on the clients already in front of you, because they're the ones who'd pay you ten times more.

    RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE:

Find the one thing dragging down your conversions, and the exact fix to turn this month around, in about 45 minutes. The Offer Conversion Scorecard is $27. Click here to grab it.

Revenue highs are exciting. The unexplainable dips that follow? Not so much. If you're a multi-six-figure female founder running a coaching, course, or membership business, you're clearly doing something right. The catch is you can't pinpoint what, so your best months feel like luck instead of something you can repeat on purpose. My Free Live Training shows you what's behind your numbers and how to bank on them. Click here to save your spot.

5 Places to Look for Revenue Before Chasing New Leads

    21/07/2026 | 16 mins.
How Seven-Figure Founders Generate Revenue Without New Leads

There's money sitting inside the business you've already built, and you've stopped seeing it because you're busy chasing the next thing. So I asked a room of seven-figure founders at a recent Milly Club event one question: if you couldn't get a single new lead for the next 90 days, could you still generate revenue? Hands flew up before I finished asking.

One founder realized that trimming her churn by two percentage points was worth an extra $10,000 a month, all from members already paying her. Another ran the math on her funnel and found $100,000 a year sitting in a conversion rate she'd never mapped, with no new traffic.

I'm walking you through five places to look in your own business this week, starting with the buyers who already trust you and pulled out a credit card once. By the end you'll know which numbers to pull up before you spend another dollar getting found.

Callan Faulkner: You're Doing Work Your AI Should Be Doing

    14/07/2026 | 1h 4 mins.
How She Built a Team of 150 AI Employees Without Letting Anyone Go

Look at your to-do list right now. How much of what's on it could be done by something that isn't you? My guest this week, Callan Faulkner, has 30 people on her team and 150 AI employees, and she hasn't let a single person go to make room for them.

Callan built The Uncommon Business teaching founders how to hire AI employees, meaning an AI that owns a task or a whole outcome and does it as well as a person would. In three years she's gone from a kitchen-table experiment with ChatGPT to a $19.5 million launch. In this conversation she breaks down exactly how she gets her team to hand the repeatable work to AI and keep only what needs a human, and how you can start doing the same this week.

So much of our worth is tied up in effort, in how long something took and how much we carried alone. AI pokes a hole in that story, and for a lot of women it feels like cheating. Callan's reframe: the hours were never what your buyers paid for. Hand off the grunt work and get back the parts of your business only you can grow.

3 Numbers You Should Track Every Week

    07/07/2026 | 20 mins.
Revenue Is the Wrong Number to Watch

The Leading Numbers That Tell You What Your Revenue Is About to Do Before It Does It

My business coach asked me a simple question about my funnel, and I couldn't answer it. Not because I didn't care. Because I'd stopped tracking it. She stopped me right there and told me something I needed to hear: to succeed with this business model, I have to know my numbers every single week, until they're burned in my brain.

Revenue is a lagging number. By the time your bank account tells you something is off, the problem happened weeks or months ago. What actually predicts where your business is headed are your leading numbers, the three or four points in your funnel that move before revenue does. And they look different depending on your business model, so there's no universal list to copy.

In this episode, I walk you through the numbers I tracked during my live launch years versus the four I watch now, give you the simple test that tells you whether a number belongs on your list (follower count fails it every time), and show you the exact numbers to watch whether you run a membership, a course, a coaching offer, or an evergreen funnel.

    RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE:

Multi-six-figure revenue, and the months still feel like a guess? The problem isn't your effort. It's that you don't know which numbers actually predict what your revenue is about to do. My Free Live Training fixes that. Click here to join.

High six figures is a ceiling for a reason. What got you here stops working here. If you're a female founder earning $500K or more annually and you've already tried it all, what you need next isn't another strategy. It's someone inside your business showing you the way forward. The Milly Club is my private six-month coaching program for women growing toward their first million. Apply here.
