Mansplainers are the unpaid interns of the patriarchy. Annoying, yes. Useful, also yes.

In this episode, I break down a simple psychological formula that turns mansplaining into a strategic advantage. Because it’s time to stop playing fair in an unfair world. When you understand the psychology behind why someone feels the need to explain everything to you, the dynamic DRASTICALLY changes.

Instead of shutting them down, you guide the conversation, lower their guard, and steer the interaction where you want it to go.

Smart women don’t get mad. They redirect a mansplainer’s impulse to explain into leverage.

This episode explains the same elicitation techniques used by intelligence professionals in agencies like the FBI and CIA. These methods help investigators gather information without triggering defensiveness. The same principles apply in everyday conversations, at work, in dating, and in social settings.

    I’ll discuss:

The elicitation technique used by intelligence agencies to gather information
The three-step formula that turns mansplaining into a strategic advantage
    The psychology behind mansplaining
How to lower someone’s guard so they reveal more than they intended
How β€œnice girl” conditioning trains women to give away their power
Why strategic communication is not manipulation

How to stop over explaining yourself: The hidden social rule you need to know

In this episode, I talk about why so many women feel the need to keep explaining themselves. Over explaining often comes from people pleasing, fear of judgment, and subtle social power dynamics. Once you see the pattern, you start noticing how explaining yourself too much affects confidence, boundaries, and the way people (don't) respect you.

I'll break down the psychology behind over explaining, why women do it, and the mindset shift that helps you stop explaining yourself and start being taken seriously.

This episode is complimentary to the one directly preceding it (Girly law of power #32: Stop trying to be understood by everyone).

PS I strongly recommend you listen to this with earphones to get the full experience. You'll see what I mean...because when I told y'all everything up until late 2025 was just a WARM UP!! This is the most intricately produced episode I've ever created. I'm so excited for you to listen.

    0:00 Intro
3:32 Why women have a compulsion to over explain
12:52 How over explaining creates an ENERGY VACUUM
17:02 6 ways to stop over explaining yourself

Girly law of power #32: Stop trying to be understood by everyone

We've made it to law #32! Not that it's a particularly important number...I'm just grateful to have all you baddies here <3

Being understood is bloody exhausting. It's also a way we get emotional safety, because we've been brainwashed to believe that our truth is only valid if others understand and accept it. What a load of baloney.

In this episode, we're throwing out this rotten baloney by discussing:
How being understood is a fear-based response
Why the patriarchy benefits from our compulsion to feel understood
How this damages people's perception of us & makes them respect us less
5 ways to unlearn this compulsion
The patriarchy loophole we can exploit when we stop trying to be understood

✨Hope you love it and can use this law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

    Love, Neeki

Smart women can’t afford to romanticize love

From the time we're little girls, we're taught that romantic love is something we should aspire to. That when we grow up, we have to find Mr. Right and marry him for love. And if we don't marry for love, we're shallow, demanding, gold diggers.

The real gold diggers are men who sell the myth of romantic love, because they have nothing else to offer.

In this episode, we'll map out romantic love to the 4 rungs of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty) and discuss how love has been used as a recruitment strategy by the patriarchy.
