Ep 25 - Why Your Change Isn't Sticking: Safety, the Nervous System, and the Align Phase of REAL

    08/05/2026 | 18 mins.
Most approaches to personal change work at the level of the mind. The Align phase works at the level of the body — which is where patterns actually live.
In this episode, Lindsey walks through the third step of the REAL Framework and the science behind why change doesn't stick when we skip this step: why the nervous system protects survival strategies, what it takes to actually update a conditioned pattern, and the tools that work at the body level rather than just the mind.
    In this episode:
→ Why willpower doesn't work on survival strategies→ The Polyvagal Theory — three states of the nervous system and what each one means for your capacity to change→ Dr. Bessel van der Kolk and why the body holds the pattern, not just the mind→ Why "holding patterns in the body" is not a metaphor→ The gazelle analogy — what completing a survival response looks like, and why humans interrupt it→ Somatic practice — what it is and why it works→ Breathwork — the physiological sigh and extended exhale as direct nervous system levers→ Hypnosis and visualisation — working below the level of conscious resistance (and why visualisation must come from a regulated state)→ What alignment looks like as a daily practice

Ep 24 - What Shaped You? The Question That Changes Everything — The Explore Phase of REAL

    18/04/2026 | 23 mins.
The question most people are asking themselves isn't the right one.
In this episode, Lindsey walks through the Explore phase of the REAL Framework — the step between Recognise and Align — where you move from self-criticism to genuine self-understanding. This is where conditioning, Human Design, and the Gene Keys come together as one coherent map. Not separate tools stacked on top of each other — a single, personal lens for understanding who you actually are underneath everything you were shaped to be.
    In this episode:
→ Why self-awareness often starts from the wrong direction — and the question that works better→ Conditioning as a biological function, not a character flaw→ Carol Dweck's research on self-fulfilling belief systems→ Bruce Lipton and the 95% of mental activity running as subconscious programming→ Human Design Types and why conditioning traps are type-specific→ Authority — why the mind is often the wrong decision-making tool, and what to use instead→ Undefined centres and where conditioning lives most deeply→ The Gene Keys: Shadow → Gift → Siddhi and the path between them→ Epigenetics — why this work may be biologically significant, not just psychological→ The HeartMath research — you are literally a different broadcast when living as yourself→ Where the Explore phase leads, and how to actually start

    Gene Keys — Richard Rudd

Ep 23 - You Can't Change What You Won't Look At | The R.E.A.L. Framework

    10/04/2026 | 18 mins.
Recognition is the first step in the R.E.A.L. framework — and the one most people rush straight past.
In this episode, I'm talking about what it actually means to look at your life honestly, why we're wired to stop noticing the things that cost us, and what gets in the way of genuine self-examination (it's usually shame, not laziness).
I also share the three questions to ask yourself at the end of today that are more useful than most of the reflection tools out there.
This one is for you if you're tired all the time, if you keep hitting the same patterns in different situations, or if something feels off but you just don't know what it is.

Ep 22 - The Missing Piece in Personal Development

    05/04/2026 | 16 mins.
You can understand your patterns, name your wounds, and still find yourself doing the same thing when it matters.
In this episode, I explore the gap between knowing and living differently — and why personal development often doesn’t create real change.
Because insight isn’t the problem. The real shift happens when your body feels safe enough to do something different.
This is where most approaches fall short — and what actually needs to change for your life to feel different.
    In this episode:
    Why self-awareness alone isn’t enough
The gap between knowing and doing
Why you default to what feels familiar (not what makes sense)
The role of the nervous system in behaviour change
    What creates real, sustainable change

Ep 21 - The story behind EMBODY: Embodied movement for women's leadership and wellbeing

    07/11/2025 | 25 mins.
What if movement wasn’t something you forced… but something that freed you?
In this powerful episode, I take you behind the scenes of EMBODY — the nervous-system-led movement experience I created for women who are ready to reclaim their energy, their softness, their strength, and their presence.
I ran group personal training sessions for over a decade. But two years ago, life pulled me in every direction — executive leadership, family demands, burnout on every level — and I stopped moving altogether. The one thing that kept me grounded, connected, and clear… was the first thing to go.
Then, in a quiet moment (and a rough cold), EMBODY began whispering to me.
    In this episode, I share:
Why I walked away from group training and what that pause revealed

The deep inner work that shaped EMBODY’s return

How each session is crafted to support your nervous system, energy flow, and feminine rhythm

The real-life leadership model embedded into every class

The role of goddess archetypes and how they unlock parts of you that have been buried for years

This isn’t just about fitness. It’s a return to your body. A return to your truth. A revolution that begins with your breath.
If you’re a woman who leads, nurtures, holds space for others — but struggles to hold that same space for yourself — EMBODY is the recalibration you’ve been craving.
💌 If your nervous system is whispering “yes,” tune in.
And if you’d love to experience EMBODY from home — I'm exploring the idea of bringing this journey online. Drop a comment or message me if that feels like a full-body yes. I’m listening.
