With the Glasgow 2026 Games (the "replacement games" after Victoria's withdrawal) just months away, the tradition has been completely reimagined for the era of King Charles III. Instead of one baton traveling the globe, every single Commonwealth territory has received its own unique baton to decorate, each containing a single word from the King’s secret message to be revealed at the Opening Ceremony on July 23.
