Jill Emberson is getting married two months after finishing her latest bout of palliative chemotherapy. She was freshly in love and stimulated at work when she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Nine months later, she was told she’d be lucky to be alive in five years. We all know we’ll die one day, but what’s it like to live life with death in sight? And how does it feel to have a terminal illness from the very cradle of life, our ovaries?
