My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

This week, Mercury moves into Cancer, helping us to listen to our emotions, our intuition, our heart, and our inner world, and to really know ourselves on a deeper level. As we learn to listen more deeply within, we also develop the ability to be able to listen to others and really hear what's being said. So, for this week, let's listen. I've kept this meditation short so that you can do it every day. Commit now to showing up for yourself in this way and listening. I'll guide you in, and then I'll leave you to listen. If you notice your mind wandering at any time, just once again say to yourself, "I'm listening, I'm listening," and come back to simply listening. If you find any emotions or anything stirring, no need to judge it or give it an answer or go any deeper. Just once more, I'm listening, I'm listening..❤️

This week brings a powerful opportunity to let go of what stands in your way and create space for a new beginning. As we move through the waning part of the lunar cycle following Sunday's Sagittarius Blue Moon, we are being asked to look honestly at where we are playing small, hiding, limiting ourselves or restricting our freedom to go after what we truly want. At the start of the week, Mercury and Chiron help us to understand how past wounds may be shaping our thoughts, beliefs and choices. Mercury's move into Cancer supports deeply honest conversations, compassionate communication and listening with an open heart, while the Sun's connection to Saturn helps us find solutions, make decisions and take practical steps towards our dreams. By the end of the week, Mercury square Neptune may bring some confusion, but only to encourage us to move beyond the noise of the mind and listen more deeply to the wisdom of our soul.✨ ❤️
