We are electric. Did you know that polyester and synthetics create a static positive charge? We want to be negatively charged when it comes to our voltage. This is why it is important to take a look at the clothing we wear and that is the topic of today! Are the fabrics you are wearing natural? What were they dyed with? Who made your clothing? I (Andeea) have been on a journey for almost 10 years now shifting my closet over to natural and it is not perfect, but I do my best. Catharine Arnston is an expert in algae nutrition, a wellness thought leader, an experienced entrepreneur, and a sought-after speaker. Catharine has a PhD, MBA, BA Hons, and is a board-certified health coach. 
Catharine's journey into the fascinating world of algae began in 2008 when her younger sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and advised by her oncologist that an alkaline diet would improve her healing.
