    War Zones

    13/07/2026 | 39 mins.
I talk with Aaron, a world-traveled adventurer, social entrepreneur, and Cambridge graduate, about how to live deliberately, trust your gut, and make radical choices—even when everyone around you thinks you’re crazy.

Aaron has been to war, moved to slums in Africa, poured beers in a Sydney bar, built a charity that’s changed 1.6 million lives, and even sold a business to a tech unicorn. Along the way, he’s learned lessons about courage, intuition, and following the path that feels right for YOU.

    Collapse Is a Homecoming

    29/06/2026 | 1h 2 mins.
I sit with Sarah Wilson to talk about collapse, hope, and what it means to come home to ourselves in a world that's falling apart. We explore her new book I Eat the Stars, the "metacrisis" of everything unravelling at once, and why letting go of hope can bring a deep and unexpected relief. Sarah shares why she believes every complex civilisation eventually collapses under its own weight, how we've behaved like a culture of teenagers in need of growing up, and the wisdom history offers — from the strange happiness of the London Blitz to the ways humans have danced their way through every terror. This conversation moves through perimenopause, psychedelics, and the personal reckoning beneath the collective one, landing on the question that matters most: not what should we do, but who are you going to be?

    Trusting Spirit

    15/06/2026 | 41 mins.
I sit with Penelope to talk about tarot, intuition, and the ways these tools can guide us in life. We explore how timelines in readings help calm the nervous system, the challenge of delivering honest messages, and how personal experiences shape your spiritual approach. Penelope shares her journey with clair sentience and empathy, how loss has deepened her understanding, and the subtle ways spirit communicates with us. This conversation is about trusting intuition, leaning into guidance, and stepping into the growth and abundance available when we tune in.

My friend, the nomad (Part 2)

    01/06/2026 | 21 mins.
This is part two with andrew sloan, and if anything, this one goes even deeper.

Andrew has been living something most of us only talk about. Solo retreats in Costa Rica, sleeping in a hammock, learning to be still enough to hear what nature is actually saying. not as a spiritual concept but as a lived, physical practice.

We talk about what it means to trust your instincts when everything around you is uncertain. how saying yes to discomfort, again and again, slowly becomes its own kind of home. how spending real time in nature doesn't just change your mindset, it changes your nervous system, your curiosity, the way you meet other people... and we talk about the small moments. the ones that don't make it into the highlight reel but are somehow the whole point. This conversation is a reminder that presence is a practice you choose, over and over, in the most ordinary and the most unexpected places.

My friend, the nomad (Part 1)

    18/05/2026 | 29 mins.
This week i'm sitting with Andrew Sloan, and honestly, this conversation stayed with me long after we stopped recording.

Andrew spent years doing the work, healing, moving through systems that kept him small and disconnected from himself. and then one day, he chose something different. he walked away from the expected path, packed his life into a van, and went to live inside nature. not as an escape but as a return. We talk about what that decision actually felt like. the difference between loneliness and aloneness. what gets quiet when you stop filling your life with noise. and what starts to speak when you finally give it space.

This one is for anyone who's been sensing there's another way to live but hasn't quite let themselves believe it yet. it might be the permission you didn't know you were waiting for.
