Let them release from you, Like tiny grains of sand. Escaping through your breath, And dissolving into the night.  LONG PAUSE… Now let yourself be filled,  With hope and faith, Peace and love. Find a comfortable repose In your bed, your soothing fortress. LONG PAUSE As you draw in a breath, Shift the focus to you, Knowing it’s time to rest And let your body renew. LONG PAUSE Sometimes, your days may feel hard, When you’ve put your heart into work And it doesn’t feel you’ve gone far, You may question your worth. PAUSE Other times, you may push  just like a machine, Feeling disconnected and unappreciated, As well as lost and unseen. PAUSE So now, take just a minute, To let go of those thoughts. Send them away in balloons And let them get lost. PAUSE Those thoughts come from others They’re not the essence of you They’re drenched in judgment And are far from your truth. PAUSE Now, breathe and check in with yourself, As those thoughts drift out of sight, You may feel less tension  And sense a feeling that  it’s going to be all right. PAUSE So, open your mind To what it means to be all right.  Embrace the thoughts and words And say thanks for the insight. PAUSE Then, gather your voice, The one tucked in your heart, Make a joyful noise, To unleash the power of your art. PAUSE And, imagine as you sing Your vibrations flow outward  Like the flowers of spring, Touching souls they encounter. PAUSE And let others hear you Singing loud and proud as can be. Feeling fresh and new Coming into your power, and free. PAUSE Now, you sing a note that’s a high vibration. that carries you to a mountaintop And becomes your inspiration. PAUSE You’re inspired to use your voice And not keep it hidden away, To be yourself in joy No matter what others say. PAUSE As you sing down the mountain, Wisdom greets you on your way You come to understand that  Your voice can be heard in many ways. PAUSE You can talk, write, and sing When you want others to hear, You can even whisper your truth If someone is near. PAUSE It’s empowering to use your voice, So guard it with your might and know, How you use it is a choice And can leave you and others aglow. PAUSE So come back to your bed From the mountains of song. Cozy up in your covers, Enjoy feeling relaxed and strong. PAUSE Being tough on yourself  isn’t right or wrong, It can move you forward at times, Which is fine, Just don’t let it dampen your song. PAUSE But when the toughness comes from others Who don’t know any better, Take it with a grain of salt  It’s your voice that truly matters. Just a few clicks makes it easy for you to listen on your favorite podcast player.  Become a PREMIUM member today by going to --> https://WomensMeditationNetwork.com/premium So Let’s Begin… The intention of today’s meditation is to lull you into the quiet, welcoming clouds of sleep.  So Let’s Begin… Allow yourself to settle, Snuggling into your favorite sleeping position,  And close your eyes.   Take a deep breath in, letting your body expand with fresh air, And exhale, allowing your body to melt deeper into comfort.   It’s time to rest, beautiful.   There’s nowhere you need to be, nothing you need to do. So come with me into dreamland.   PAUSE… Feel the heaviness of your eyes. Feel your cheeks soften,  Dropping your tongue from the roof of your mouth as your jaw releases.  Let your shoulders soften and lower,  Let your arms feel heavy, Your fingers melt.   Feel your chest rising and falling as you breathe in just a little longer, and exhale just a little more.  Relax your stomach, Let your legs let go and get heavier with relaxation.   Let your feel release. And feel the cool air on your nose as you breathe in, And the warm air on your nose as you breathe out.  Breathe, Just breathe.   PAUSE… Now imagine that there’s a soft, blue energy floating above you.  Like a soothing cloud of mist, this soft blue energy hovers above you.  You feel safe and calm, so you invite it in.   Now imagine that soft, blue energy pouring over your head slowly.  You immediately feel it soften you, relax you, nourish you...release you.  Feel the soft, blue energy on your head, relaxing your face, your shoulders, your chest.  Melting your arms, fingers, stomach, hips, thighs, legs and toes.   Imagine the soft, blue energy is now at your feet, patiently waiting.  As you breathe in, let your breath search for any areas of unrest, any thoughts or discomforts that may be keeping you awake.   Let every inhale help you find them within your body. PAUSE… And now imagine that with every breath out, you release them all to the soft, blue energy at your feet.  Breathing those thoughts or discomforts down to your feet and out of your body.  And watch as the soft, blue energy absorbs them all.  Breathe in,  Breathe out. Breathe in, Breathe out.  PAUSE… Take one more look inside and release all that unrest on your outbreath. When it feels like you’ll overflow, And everything will spill.  PAUSE… Lay your hand upon your heart, And find the gentle beat.  Feel your chest rising, Your breathing slowly repeats.  LONG PAUSE… See if you can really feel, Each cell within your skin, And see if you can find, Where your breath begins. PAUSE… Breathe real slow,  Breathe so deep.  Surrender to flow,  It’s time for peaceful sleep.  LONG PAUSE… When you come into your body, When you bring yourself to now, Those thoughts that were spinning, Slow down somehow.  PAUSE… And if you dare to soften, And surrender to the night, Those thoughts will dissolve, Completely out of sight.  LONG PAUSE… Here in this space,  The stillness in which you swim, All that feels too much, All that heaviness within, PAUSE… Releases from your shoulders, And loosens its anxious grip. You feel your spirit breathe, And your energy gently shift.  PAUSE… Breathe real slow,  Breathe so deep.  Surrender to flow,  It’s time for peaceful sleep.  LONG PAUSE… Let the space expand,   Let relaxation spread. As all that’s too much,  Releases from your head.  LONG PAUSE… I see all you hold, I know you carry a lot.  Let your shoulders lower, my dear, As calm fills your heart.  PAUSE… Let dreams help you see, That you possess the strength, To climb any mountain, Any height, any length. PAUSE… So sleep dear one,  And you will see, Too much can’t shake you, You are infinite and free.
