Though she dislikes the term, Lottie has fully embraced this role and has gone on to create a successful podcast and book. What started as an unintentional path has now led her to become a prominent influencer across multiple platforms. In this episode we discuss Lottie’s experience with burnout and her strategies for avoiding it. She also shares how she built up her social media presence to earn a full-time income and offers advice on how to monetise on social media. Sophia Manarolis has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Certified Life Coach and she is absolutely passionate about helping people improve their mental health. But there’s good a reason for this. Sophia has struggled with her own mental health throughout her life, suffering four major depressive episodes and surviving multiple attempts to take her own life. With a clearer, healthier mind, she now feels extremely fortunate to still be alive and has made it her mission to help others understand the power of gratitude, mental wealth and emotional intelligence on their own lives. Sophia is so open and honest. We talk in depth about how gratitude is an absolute game changer, about how important it is to look after our mental health and how to set boundaries, make sure our needs are met and about limiting beliefs such as imposter syndrome and comparisonitis.  There is so much gold in this, whether you struggle with your mental health or not.
