As a morning person, I find that starting the day with a clear mind and a positive outlook sets the tone for the rest of the day. So, let's begin our journey together.First, find a comfortable position, whether seated or lying down. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs with fresh, invigorating air. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension or stress you may be holding onto. Repeat this process a few more times, allowing yourself to settle into the present moment.As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your attention to your thoughts. Notice any negative or anxious thoughts that may be present, and gently acknowledge them without judgment. Now, imagine those thoughts as leaves floating on a gentle stream. Watch as they drift away, carried by the current, until they disappear from view. With each exhale, release any lingering negativity, making space for positivity and peace.Today's mantra is "I am filled with love, light, and positivity." Repeat this mantra silently to yourself, synchronizing it with your breath. As you inhale, mentally say, "I am filled with love," and as you exhale, say, "light, and positivity." Continue this practice for a few minutes, allowing the words to resonate within you, filling every cell of your being with their uplifting energy.As you focus on your mantra, visualize yourself surrounded by a warm, golden light. This light represents your inner strength, wisdom, and positivity. Feel it growing brighter and more expansive with each breath, radiating from your heart center and extending to every part of your body. This light is a reminder of your inherent goodness and the boundless potential that lies within you.Now, bring to mind a dream or goal that you deeply desire to manifest in your life. It could be related to your career, relationships, personal growth, or any other area that is important to you. Visualize yourself having already achieved this dream, and notice how it feels in your body. What emotions arise? Joy, excitement, gratitude? Allow yourself to fully embody these positive feelings, as if your dream has already come true.As you hold this vision in your mind, affirm to yourself, "I trust in the universe to guide me towards my dreams.
